Orange Blossom Toner

With orange blossom water to reduce redness and rebalance pH, this toner will refresh as well as strengthen and tone. Skin brightening niacinamides and soothing orange blossom will leave skin smooth and even with a radiant, healthy glow.

Dispense onto a cotton pad and gently sweep over freshly cleansed face and neck. Use daily after cleansing or as needed to refresh skin.

Use only as directed. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Discontinue use if irritation or rash occurs. If symptoms persist, consult your physician.
